Safeguarding, Prevent & British Values

This qualification is designed to develop the learner's knowledge and understanding of British Values, the Prevent Duty, safeguarding and online safety. Our course will help you to build an understanding on how to recognise and prevent radicalisation and extremism. This course aims to promote equality, diversity and social inclusion in the workplace, to help tackle radicalisation and extremism.

Completion within 9 weeks, although early completion is achievable

You may wish to complete further distance learning courses in Equality & Diversity, Children and Young People's Mental Health, Awareness of Bullying in Children and Young People or Understanding Distressed Behaviour in Children.

No specific entry requirements, however good written English is desirable.

The course is delivered via distance learning, supported by a range of interactive online resources. Work is is assessed by the tutor throughout the programme from induction to completion
