Our Results

In 2022, we achieved a 100% pass rate across our Public Services programmes.

Student Destinations

Many of our students progress to Higher Education to study Criminology and related topics, such as Law, Sports Science and range of teaching degrees, whilst others have pursued careers with HM Revenue & Customs and joined the services.

Recent students have joined the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, British Army - including the Scots Guards Regiment, and Prison Service, as well as progressed to Higher Education, including studying Forensic Psychology at university.

Public Services students get the opportunity to go on a number trips throughout their studies, with recent visits and enrichment opportunities including:

• National Police Counter Terror training exercise - Eggborough Power Station
• Carr Gate West Yorkshire Police Training Centre
• Army Visit - Strensall Barracks
• Welton Waters Adventure Centre with the Royal Marines
• Representing the North Yorkshire Youth Crime Commission on Police and Crime
• Organising and attending Remembrance events with the Army
• Rosedale Abbey
• Hole of Horcum
• University Fairs
