“I am currently a Deputy Manager in a residential home and chose to do an Apprenticeship to progress and open up further management roles in the future. I have learnt so much about different management and leadership styles and outcome-based values as part of my Apprenticeship and I hope to develop this within my workplace. It has been a difficult year during the pandemic, but my tutor Caroline has been amazing and has kept me motivated and on track at times when I have wanted to quit.”
