“I started studying at Selby College on a Level 3 BTEC course, which I then decided to follow up with a Level 4 HE course. There were a range of reasons I decided to continue my education at Selby College rather than move onto a university: one of the main reasons was that it was, overall, much more convenient than a university in terms of cost and travelling distance. However, the most influential element was the environment in which the course is run, with the small class size and the ability to directly work with the tutors.”
