After starting on the Level 3 Photography course, I progressed onto to my degree-level studies. It’s such a great environment to be in as our tutors know us personally and can push us to achieve our best. We also have access to the studios whenever we want and have our own space to create and display our work. It’s very different from Level 3 – you are given your own freedom as an artist and can follow your own ideas and inspirations."

We spoke to Bethany again after she graduated from her Bachelor's degree. Here's what she had to say:

Whilst studying from Level 3 to Level 6 in Art & Design, I found my passion in photography and was able to branch out into all different areas such as food and product freelance. I have now found a pathway into wedding photography and really enjoy doing that now.

The BA (Hons) Art & Design course gave us lots of independence to choose what we wanted to focus on and pursue but also offered us guidance and were there whenever we needed the help, especially in one-to-ones. I was also able to get my name out into the industry and make connections through the work placement on the course.
