This course is equivalent to three A Levels. You will be fully equipped to
move into further study in a range of Health and Social Care degree programmes,
higher level apprenticeships or employment.
Students have progressed to University to undertake degrees in Health and
Social Care related topics such as: Adult, Child and Mental Health Nursing,
Psychology, Health and Well-being, Youth and Family working, Social work,
Diagnostic Radiography, Midwifery, Nursing, Community Development, Operating
Department Practitioner and Podiatry.
This course may support progression into a wide range of job roles in the
health and social care sector, including Care Support Workers in residential
settings, Healthcare Assistants in Community, Primary Care and Acute Health
