Greencore Group sponsor Selby College Football Team Kit

Many thanks go to the Greencore Group for their sponsorship of Selby College Men’s Football Team’s brand new kit.

Greencore, a leading international manufacturer of convenience food in the UK and abroad were delighted to sponsor the team once again as they already work closely with Selby College’s Business Services division with a well-established Apprenticeship programme. A major part of its UK operation is Greencore Selby, based locally in Barlby, which forms part of its Grocery Division.

Greencore Selby’s Site Director Geoff Weeks (pictured above) and Martin Brooks, Selby L&D Coordinator came in to college to present Sports Development Officer Matthew Duck and the team with 15 full playing kits.

The new kit must be lucky as the team wore them for the first time last Wednesday and they won their away match 5 – 1 against Grimsby.

Fingers crossed they have the same level of success for the rest of the season!
