Discretionary Learner Support Fund (dLSF)
Discretionary Learner Support Fund (dLSF) is a fund available to help eligible full time and part time learners studying LSC funded Further Education in college.
It's purpose is to provide exceptional support to learners aged 16 and above, who are experiencing financial difficulty with meeting costs associated with learning. dLSF can help with the cost of books, equipment, transport, visits, fees and/or childcare (for learners aged 20+).
