An active Equality & Diversity Steering Group exists at Selby College, chaired by Allan Stewart - Principal and comprises of key stakeholders including staff, the nominated Student Union Representative and Staff Governor for Equality and Diversity and external community groups.

The group seeks to find new ways to promote Equality and Diversity throughout the College and within the community.
